they hold responsibility for recruiting new imaging and pritner partners within their country and driving revenue & unit number for dell printers and consumables
principal duties and responsibilities:
assume overall responsibility for customer relationship on dell imaging and printing products
recruit new reseller partners which match with the aims and goals of the dell imaging strategy
consistently deliver key financial goals
work with the segment supporting the saels teams to maximise sales into accounts build dell\'s credibility and capability profile in account base
drive regular roadmap and product transition activities with customers
identify, drive and close printer opportunities to maximise dell sow
develop and plan account strategies and activities for their customers
deliver continual support and training activity into their reseller account base to maximise dell sow
determine, identify and co-ordinate resources to drive bids into accounts
drive customer facing activities to at least required busniess metrics - own your own calendar
produce customer meeting report after each meeting to include action points and distribute to relevant audience, and own closure of all actions
customer coverage
visit each account in base at least once a quarter
responsible for regular and accruate business communciation to mgmt and otehr team memebrs
attneds and partiicpate in indsutry sales confeernces and trdae shwos
use printer repotring tolos to maange perfomrance on a wekely baiss
wekely review with imaging sales manager emea to cover sales activity plan in order to deliver in quarter revenue and unit targets
responsible for owning their imaging sales pipeline, identifying:
bids update for current quarter
forecast for quarter
update on new opportunities for current and future quarters
deal support required

very structured communication, written and inter-personal skills.
printer industry and product knowledge, including knowledge of product positioning and other marketing practices.
knowledge of key reseller and distributors and sales tactics including managed print services
good organisational and planning skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
vertical sector experience
