Our client is searching for a Dutch VIP executive to aid in the running of this successful VIP programme.
The main responsibilities are:
Regular phone and or email interaction with VIP clients
Run weekly and monthly promotions
Reactivate any lapsed VIPs
Identify potential VIPs
Welcome new VIPs to the programme
Fulfil prizes and monthly promotions
Manage all communications with Big winners
Manage Birthday programme to VIPs
Report weekly and monthly on key KPIs
We are looking for an individual who:
is committed to providing excellent levels of customer service to top customers
has excellent interpersonal skills
has a good working knowledge of excel and other computer skills
is native Dutch speaker
Salary is based on experience
