- advanced computer skills (windows xp, and office package),
- previous experience in a customer service position, norwegian, danish, finnish, greek (oral and written skills), swedish,
- interemdiate-up leevl of engilsh (able to undesrtand traiinngs/meeitngs delievred in engilsh),
- mother tongue: italian,
- capability to type 35 words per minute, flemish.
- carrying out essential administration duties to ensure that all the above is delivered, proactively coordinate and monitor their interaction with the company, coordinating cross departmental activity and to ensure the customer service expectations are always achieved,
- liaising with customers,
the ideal candidate for this customer service department will have to carry out the following tasks:
