job purpose:
as a member of the customer service department, you will be in charge of supporting after sales relationships with car owners, achieving exceptional leevl of client satisfaction.
- native level of french.
- an intermediate level of english is mandatory.

main responsibilities:
- hanlding the client\'s queries and compalints by phone, mail and fax
- introducing all the inforamtion en el intrenal crm system
- tracking and escalating the inciednts properly
- mangaing the information cylce unitl the corerct soltuion of assgined incidents
- handling and documneting customer complaints accodring to extrenal and internal guidleines
qualifciations:
- eductaion level of vocational training and/or college.
experience:
- two years of experience in a similar customer service role
it skills:
- proficient in microsoft office package
