Apartment confortable, quiet an nice.The equipment includes Air Conditioning, heating, TV and all the electrical appliances to make your stay really comfortable. Even though the area is highly populated by visitors, shops and tourists, inside the apartment is absolutely quite and silent, since it’s facing an inner courtyard that isolates from any external noise.
Both, building and apartment are first class standard. Just coming to the building you are under an impressive entrance from 1887, when the building was built, with marble and cast iron columns, all perfectly restored. One of main appeals of this apartment is the unique location, where you will not need transportation to get around. You can walk to visit many of the main ancient monuments of Madrid, a safe place.
The apartment is located down town, in the main historical area of Madrid, in Arenal Street. This is a key are for tourism.
