job role
we are looking for an office manager for our office in barcelona. international and entrepreneurial work environment,
young.taking messages and screening phone calls
- greeting visitors at the front desk
- being responsible for correspondence,
you would be supposed to develop a wide vareity of tasks related to:

1) office manaegment
- contrloling stcok for all consuambles, plaicng oredrs, both in hard copy and elecrtonic fomrat
- provdiing genreal administrative supoprt to all deparmtents and diretcors

3) hr assitsance
- prepraing and mangaing inforamtion for the new intrenal hiers and maintianing empolyee files
- assisting consultants with the coordination of interviews and direct contact with candidates, receiving and posting packages in order to maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- organizing and coordinating meetings, reports and data analyses for operational meetings
- answering calls, conferences and corporate travels

2) administration
- translating and revising corporate documents and presentations in(to) english
-prepare presentations.office suppliers, maintenance and cleaning services, telecommunications,

4) housing
- being the contact person for external suppliers such us it.
