position: administrative assistant
babylon idiomas is looking for a new assistant school manager for their madrid office and who can start at the beginning of july 2011. we are looking for a flexible person who can improvise when necessary and also can take on some responsibilities. there are a lot of administrative takss and some practical tasks as well concerning maintenance and logistics of the school. working hours are from 14h till 20:15 monday till friday and occasionally you have to do some other shifts during holidays of the other emplyoees.as we are an interntaional company we reqiure a high leevl of written engilsh and some spanish as well.exapmles of tasks would be; donig booikngs en el sytsem and donig the wekely school shopping.
your tasks will consist of enrolling, and helping (new) students and support the organisation, promotion and administration of the school, informing, marketing.
we are a young team existing of 10 team-members mostly spanish and english teachers and we have a very informal atmosphere. italian or french natives (70% of our students come from these countries) or people who are fluent in one of these languages besides being fluent in english,
we prefer german.you will work 6 hours per day and will receive a salary according to spanish standards.
