you will have previously worked in a customer service role in an office environment, ideally in a shift and be able to show a good level of loyalty in previous positions. strong preference is given to previous gaming experience. our client provides on-line support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. the role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner.
salary is 18k - 20k depending on experience and 30 days holiday. the company is one of the major companies in the betting / gambling market and employs about 200 people.
