Maintenance Manager
Looking for 2 members os staff to join our team, manager of hostel reception and another manager of maintenance.
You will support the reception team, greeting guests, supervising and helping our guests during check-in and check-out time. Your role will also contain the supervision of the housekeeping staff, as well as the administration of HR planning, such as working time rotas, holiday planning and sickness covers. You will also be in charge of personell selection for your reception and housekeeping team.
Essential attributes: - well presented, hard working, very organised. - outgoing, good work ethic and internacional environment and team player. - minimum fluent english and spanish, both written and spoken. - age range 25- 34 years - computer literate with knowledge of excel. - experience in hospitality industry or similar. - used to working under pressure
