role summary/purpose in this role you will be responsible for the global implementation of salesforce.com, for industrial solutions, focusing on the process areas of inquiry to order (ito), specifically covering opportunity and deal management. the project manager will partner with the functional leads en el indutsrial soluitons businesses and regions to define the needed functionality and multi-generational plans, to position salefsorce.com as one of the enablers for growth.prior experience of a new application launch project will is desirable
understanding of common sales metrics, kpis and reporting
demonstrated expertise in complex requierments manaegment and traceability;
demonstrated expertise and experience in managing the test and project launch phases of it projects, including coordinating user acceptance testing in a virtual setting

desired characteristics
master\'s of business administration (mba) is preferred
green belt certification is preferred
3-5 years experience with salesforce.com and related processes
able to use six sigma tools and techniques to drive change
quality and cost driven.

cooridnate and manage all techincal aspcets of the industrial solutions specific requirements for salesforce.com deployment including integrations to transactional and supporting systems
understand and provide ownership for the development of reporting and dashboarding needs to support key metrics and kpis required for business analytics and pulsing
qualifications/requirements
bachelor\'s degree in information systems or engineering
previous 3-5 years experience with salesforce.com and sales automation tools and processes
demonstrated ability to lead medium to large it projects.
