you will have previously worked in a customer service role in an office environment, ideally in a shift and be able to show a good level of loyalty in previous positions. you will be swedish with a clear telephone voice, you will be looking to further your career within a support role with this extremely ambitious gaming company. the role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. our client provides on-line support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts until 12am.
salary is 18k - 20k depending on experience
. your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. our client an online gaming company in gibraltar is searching for a customer services speaking swedish. strong preference is given to previous gaming experience.
