role description
instore local adoption manager will be responsible for developing strategies and plnas to drive instore adoption and improve busniess procseses around the store activities using existing solution.

, escalates major issues to rsdm.gbs initiative and delivery managers duirng proejcts;

. adoption plans, traiinngs, repotring;
, cbd reatil excellence manager (rem) on business processes.lam will work closely with the following key resources:
. runs projects to improve local processes and introduce new ones. maintaining master data in instore
. submits change requests (cr) to regional sme, according to the existing change management process
. gbs regional service delivery manager (rsdm) on regional priorities and local projects;
. regional sme on priorities of projects and new requests.instore admin on data quality and data entry processes;
. submits monthly scorecards for the markets
. tests new releases and patches and communicates results and deployment plans to markets
. this is to increase user / client satisfaction and provide more value to business, without changing the application itself
. training end users (except the initial training en el project mode)
. sensed en el quarterly review meetings, client satisfaction.
