your role:
computer literate.
as a serivce engineer you will responsible for the repair and maintenance of our instruments and systems for genetic analysis en el laboratories of our customers.
good verbal and written command of the english language and fluent in spanish language.e. engineer reports, expense reports, installation reports, planned maintenance reports, etc.
troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
coordinate own work schedule with relveant partners (service coordinator, teamleader, colleagues).
travel regularly and support the calibration team en el netherlands.provide responsive telephone and on-site service and generally works to ensure that customer is successful en el use of lt instrumentation.
drivers license.
young pesron with a minmium of two yeras in a relevant service funtcion.
yuor backrgound:
professional backrgound in engineering, life scinece or related subjects
ideally based in madrid or surroundings. maintenance and instruction of use of instruments to ensure safe and effective customer operations, repairs, this means mainly: installs.
perform service activities within guidelines and in compliance with internal & customer procedures and regulations. produce timely and accurate reports of the own activities as appropriate: i.this role is home office based.
