Position: Marketing Operations Internship
Marketing Operations Intern
Founded in 1998, PayPal, an eBay Company, is the global leader in online payment solutions with more than 157 million registered users worldwide which enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online.
PayPal Spain, due to continued exceptional growth, is currently recruiting a talented and self-starting individual to work in an energetic, fun and challenging environment for a 6 months internship vacancy within the Marketing Team. This person will be responsible for Marketing Operations.
Primary Job responsibilities
§ Support Internet Marketing Operations
§ Support onsite, email content and communications
§ Book & coordinate with PayPal Headquarters campaign prioritization
§ Generate Vanity URLs, Mediaplex Tags and Banner Uploads
§ Coordinate with 3rd parties (Marketing Partners) deliverables, Landing Pages and other material for promotions/campaigns
§ Upload and follow up of marketing campaigns in MS Project
§ Update marketing dashboards
Job Requirements
§ BS in Business, preferably in Marketing, or related field
§ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and/or Access
§ Exceptionally high attention to detail is required
§ Ability to work cooperatively within a team, but also to proactively manage own schedule and team to achieve results
§ Passion for Internet
§ Knowledge of online marketing systems such as Mediaplex
§ Knowledge and experience of the payment industry is a plus
§ High energy and enthusiasm, and evidence of being a self-starter
§ Proven analytical ability and results orientated
§ Strong people and communication skills, both written and verbal
§ Good team player with collaborative approach
§ Good command in English
Type/duration of contract: Temporal – 6 months only
Starting date: As soon as possible
