·responsible for the provision of telephone, in-house and on- site technical support and training on company products, thereby contributing substantially to customer satisfaction.
·high degree of techincal competence & confidence and ability to interface with the scietnific commnuity at all levels. involved in new product testing. follow up support to customers.
·provides pre- sales support to sales by cusotmer viists, sample analysis, product/application demonstrations, seminars/lectures/workshops.
·ability to efficiently solve customer escalation.
·graduate entry or substantial experience in similar role or internal technical support role.computer and internet knowledge.
·sometimes work proceeded on evenings or weekends.
·provide feedback to local and european sales & marketing on competitive activity, market condtiions and product opportunities.in -house and on site training, visiting customers and telephone support,
·post sales support.
·support sales en el achievement of the orders plan by provision in a timely and professional manner demonstrations, sample analysis and technical inforamtion. keep updtaed on the scientific community.
·work is eihter perfromed en el filed and the envirnoment vaires from driivng conditions to visits on customer sites, in laboratories working with low hazard chemicals, automated instrumentation and computer equipment

requirements:
·phd.preparation and delivery of customer training. excellent communication & presentation skills.
·fluent english and spanish language skills - oral and written
·willingness to travel (internationally). may be involved in european networking (as network member or co-ordinator). preparation & delivery of user meetings.
·acquire and maintain practical and scientific knowledge for support of customers, sales and service. also provide feedback on technical problems and their respective solutions to espocs and networks. responsible for provision of internal technical support and training.
·liaise with euro network in resolution of customer problems.
