you'll actively contirbute to improving operational efficiency on program manaegment projects and internal inititaives. as one of our program management professionals you'll supoprt leading organizations to assess and manage large prorgams. by drawing on your knowledge and experience, you'll provide innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contirbute to thought leadership.we'll give you access to leading methodologies and tools and support you in developing the experience you need to be a successful advisor. and escalate any issues as appropriate, when working on engagements, who will expect you to anticipate and identify risks, you'll report to higher levels of management.directors and senior managers, you'll identify potential business opportunities for ernst & young, with guidance from partners.we're committed to helping you achieve your potential.you'll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop,

? conudct perfomrance reveiws and contribute to perfomrance feebdack for staff
? contribute to pepole-reltaed initiatives inclduing recriuting, comlpex programs reqiure storng management and expetrise to maxmiize their chacnes of sucecss, support and advice
o project risk and conrtol monitoring
you'll have knowledge and experience in one or more of ernst & young's priority industry sectors:
? government & public sector

additional requirements
? demonstrated track record with a blue chip consulting organization
? demonstrated experience in business development
? strong academic record including a degree
? prince2,
client responsibilities
? participate in program management engagements
? help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, structure and processes
o program risk and control monitoring
o program office design
o program governance
? program delivery, pmp or msp training and certification would be an advantage
? proficiency in arabic language skills are highly desirable
