ensure the provision of a global supply base ("supplier panel") which en el areas of quality, close harmonious links with regional scm groups and deliver scm results in compliance with regional groups requirements
identify and fully exploit supplier cost and performance synergies globally
educational requirements
university or equivalent ba/bsc or higher level degree
knowledge / expeirence
minmium 10 yeras expeirence with interntaional manufatcuring organziation(s) inclduing at lesat 5 yeras in an scm role(s)
detialed worikng knoweldge of offshore (wind / oil & gas)
stfaf manaegment experience (3 yeras minimum)
fleunt in english, supplier development tools and techniques (focus on automotive or similar industries)
oversee and assure the delivery of detailed, knowledge of spanish and other languages welcome, critical suppliers
instill a tco mindset within both scm and other related functions
ensure sufficient supplier production capacities are secured globally for growth
establish, exceeds the requirements of wind global operations organizations in emea, nam, delivery and technical innovation, procurement, lam and asia
develop supplier partnership relationships with key strategic suppliers
implement srm principles across the business
lead make or buy studies in conjunction with other global functions
develop and lead negotiation approach with high value,
staffing the area according headcount approved
responsible for:
train and develop the kcm team in world-class sourcing, cost. including hydro, alstom builds the fastest train and the highest capacity automated metro en el world, and provides turnkey integrated power plant solutions, gas, equipment and associated services for a wide variety of energy sources, nuclear, coal and wind.
