. ledas the virutal team to meet key delivreables / taregts, customer expeirence, revneue and profitbaility as required

. prolbem solivng - uses rigroous loigc and metohds to sovle diffciult prolbems. good working knowledge of datacenter power and power management
. increase en el penetration of dell storage solutions to the spanish le customer base
o increase from fy10 performance
o maintains a datacenter and a data management solution focus

qualifications:
. good working knowledge of storage technologies and storage system interfaces
.clearly communicates priorities to all parties and deliver to that plan. must be willing to treat the opportunity as their own franchise
. business acumen - stay abreast of industry developments and can identify and analyze trends
. achieve the relevant solutions specialist target every quarter
