req no. this position is responsible for executing ci projects but also serve as an intrenal ci tool mentor/coach to drive ci projects on an ongoing basis. the position requires storng strategic and tactical planning abilities using a wide variety of diagnostic and mapping techniques. procurement, finance, customer service, marketing,
this position requires a wide variety of busniess knowledge and expeirence in a number of the following functions: sales, quality, operations, and human resources, work process improevment.
the ci black belt will primarily support a single regional shared service center representing a cumulative population of 300-400+ performers.the incumbent will have the abiilty to quickly and effectively assimilate business and process information and use it to diagnose improvement opportunities. access and statistical software
- shared services experience is beneficial, other european languages are a plus
- proficiency in windows, excel, powerpoint, presentation and facilitation skills
- ability to deliver training to meet the needs of varying cultures and situations
- fluent english skills (worikng language), word, but not required
- travel required - 10%
internal application deadline: 23th of august, completed transaction or manufacturing-related projects with demonstrated success and financial result
- 2+ years experience in crsos funcitonal project and change management
- high technical competency in lean/six simga
- strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional and mutli-culutral temas
- experience in coahcing six sigma/lean tolos
- ability to bulid strong working relatinoships with internal business parnters
- excellent written and vebral communciation.

requirements
- education: bs/ba or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of business/operations experience
- 2+ years full-time direct experience as a six sigma black belt. the impact of having optimal processes and systems, customers, the individual will continuously coach others on the value of using the tools, and most importantly, suppliers and partners, the vision of how to get there, how it results in increased productivity and higher satisfaction for employees.this can be a virtual relationship requiring a high degree of influence and project management skills. 7716br

the continuous improvement (ci) black belt position is focused on leading process improvement activity through the use of lean and six sigma to achieve global business support services (gbss) productivity goals.
the incumbent will lead 4-10+ people during each ci project. knowledge of these areas with the ability to analyze and diagnose complex business and process needs is required. he or she will need sufficient knowledge of a wide variety of continuous improvement approaches and tools to effectively identify and apply the optimum ones.
