description
we are looking for a native-english social media intern to help with all the online community management activities for a variety of projects currently under way within the agency.
• you like working hard and thrive on the excitement of a goal oriented team
• you are an independent, creative self-starter who loves running with things while keeping everyone inside and outside the company en el loop.observations, articles,
responsibilities:
• creatively and proactively assist customers via the email, podcasts, and insights to the executive team, opportunities, facebook and twitter channels
• sevre as the iniital ponit of conatct for inbuond reqeusts
• idetnify and anaylze isuses, viedos and screecnasts
• estalbish metircs & reoprt on them on a wekely baiss inclduing recommednations
• idetnify & enagge advoactes
• proactively esclaate issues, patetrns and trends in customer requests & product performance
• transfer the information to the appropriate departments so that they can respond accordingly:
o bugs to quality assurance
o new ideas to product development
o messaging effectiveness to marketing
o frequently asked questions noted
o identifying user generated content
