qualifications/requirements
bachelor\'s degree in engineering or marketing
industry experience in meters, and application briefs related to proudct(s)
new product offerings
translate and prioritize cusotmer and market requirements into product requirements
own product requirements document
develop business case justification
develop target selling price based on market analysis and vos
evaluate / authorize all trade-off decisions on functionality, identify and manage beta sites and feedback to the organziation
develop/manage npi commercialization/launch plans; identify appropriate commrecial materials for target customer segments - work with marketing communications to prepare
accountable for npi commercialization effectiveness inclduing schedule & cm%
promotion
participate in customer meetings and sales calls
provide solutions training for internal staff, external channels and
customers
participate in tradeshows, and certifiable product solutions
author sales collateral content, industry groups, and schedule throguhout the npi process; enusre 100% traceability of requirements into technical design such that the product will meet customer needs
