the takss of the serivces operations coordinator include:
customer supoprt tasks:
· acts as principal contact for all service issues for the customer and hp delivery organizations.
· for customers with entitlement for ramp-up support, lead the first months of operation and help customer going through the learning curve
· understand the customer, analyze delivery requirements and contribute to customer's strategic business plan creating incremental revneue opportnuities to deliver customer needs.will be also lead the contact and related actions to ensure successful first months of customer experience with hp indigo equipment and services.
· communicate with customers to get alignment on activity planning, understand constraints and needs.relative to chargeable activities,
· identify, are done on time, resolve and/or escalate issues when necessary
· proactively identify and implement productivity improevments
· ensures billings to the customer.
· excellent communication skills both oral and written.
