use professional sound judgment based on market data, financial statements, property facts and ge guidelines to derive a concluded value
present concluded value and valuation binder to local and europe hq heads of risk and asset management for review of consistency and reasonableness
perform select site visits and local market comparable work on select assets to ensure appropriate and accurate valuations and assessments are done

- support the risk team
- support the underwriting and valuation of assets and/or loan collateral for potential acquisitions
- review and analyze all relevant documentation (leases, gather sales and rent comparables,
essential responsibilities coordinate and collaborate with asset managers.tax and asset management to assure appropriate structuring, etc, working with im, funding, finance, into the analysis and final valuation
