Our client is searching for an Accounts Assistant to work on the following responsibilities:
Handling the books of account for three companies.
Processing of all transactions for these companies accurately and one time.
Maintaining a clear and clean system for these companies.
Assisting the Accountant with the preparation of Monthly accounts, weekly status reports and other adhoc activities.
Complete control of one additional companys books of account.
Processing of Purchase invoices, Credit Card transactions.
Preparation of Payment Requests and clearing of the Vendor account.
Matching incoming payments to customer invoices.
Posting of General Ledger Journals.
Posting of Petty Cash
Reconciling Inter-company and liaising with Spanish Sister Company.
You will have experience of an accounts package (Sage, Quickbooks etc)
Salary circa 25k
