therefore a new position has been created for a bugdet manaegment expertise to supoprt all the hp lfp r&d budget related processes.teamwork and negotiation, with specific emphasis on clear and concise communication,
skills
- strong interpersonal relationship skills: leadership.implementation and deployment of the new r&d budget tool

- links with finnace to ensure hp lfp r&d budget alignment on quarter and fiscal year closure, and implement any opportunities for r&d budget manaegment process improvement
required education and overall experience
- master degree in engineering or business administration
- high level of english
- ability to work across different partners: r&d expense owners, r&d management, analyzing and repotring to r&d management acutal exectuion vesrus foreacsted plnas
- proivdes support to lfp r&d management on budget decisions by repotring curernt exectuion and expceted plnas, finance, as well as evalauting potetnial new vinatge chrat investment scenarios
- leads the development, operations, open innovation, , marketing
- general knowledge of the r&d product development cycle
- flexibility to contribute in activities related with other r&d initiatives: extended lab, r&d vendors, whenever possible.
