§ driving solution lifecycle - including concept and scope definition, contract negotiations, implementation and delivery of solutions on time, pipeline and margins set at project initiation through to delivery
§ increasing shared knowledge between practices and project teams
§ management of customer and vendor issues and expectations to resolve conflict and mitigate project risks
§ consultancy and training to customers and partners
§ defining the statement of work and delivery terms and conditions on contract

in sales facet:
§ presales technical support to sales teams mainly across iberia
§ building and growing a loyal customer and partner base
§ support revenue growth from key customers and generation of new business from prospects
§ to help in qualification, development and closing of new sales opportunities
§ making sales contacts and following up on sales leads
§ support for cross-selling and up-selling of new solutions to existing customers
§ creation and development of value and business propositions
§ delivery of presentations up to c level, analysing and solving of customer business and technical requirements
§ scoping, etc, training and product demos
§ involvement in creation and execution of account strategy and sales marketing plans
