· abiilty to proopse solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of hp standardized and customized services
· shapes approach to identifying and managing risks and assumptions and for realising benefits at a programme level
· engage with leaders en el demand/capacity planning for the corresponding opportunities
transition to delivery & delivery
· actively participate en el initial stages of the delivery, including the lead of the corresponding expertise area if needed.
