queremos alquilar unas habitaciones para el verano - a partir del los mediados de julio hasta los mediados de septiembre. todas la habitaciones están amuebladas, y tenemos wifi en casa. las facturas de la luminosidad y el agua no son insertados en el precio del alquiler. the aparmtent is about five minutes from the jardines de murillo by foot, and is right next to the avenida menéndez pelayo – which has many bus stops and sevici stations. our building is located en el historic center, where the buildings stay cool during the scorching summer heat.tenemos 3 habitaciones disponible.
we have rooms for rent for the summer – starting in mid-july through mid-september. two full bathrooms and a lagre liivng room en el apartment, three's a kithcen.the electircity and waetr bills are not inculded en el rent. el inmeuble esta construido al estilo árabe, que quiere decir que se mantiene bastante fresco durante los meses del verano. el piso esta situado 5 minutes andando de los jardines de murillo, y el boulevard menéndez pelayo esta del lado – donde hay muchas paradas de autobús, y paradas de sevici. and we have a wifi internet connection available, all of the rooms are already furnished. el piso tiene 1 cocina, dos baños, y 1 variada sala.there are three rooms available for rent.
