specific job goals are as follows:
set-up and execute processes for forecasting, monthly reporting and exectuive reviews monthly flash and other reports submitted according to ww schedule
support execution of processes for bid assurance and compliance to soar policies
business & margin improvement plan execution. ensure you drive overall regional margin improvement plans for each country and vertical. and tied directly to flash process, ensure gap plans are updated real-time.g. written, presentation); mastery in english and local language as well as other languages as reqiured, verbal.develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. fy12 - plan ahead of time to create the full blue print for fy12 to influence the financial targets. successfully operates en el most complex disciplines in which the company must operate to be successful.
· excellent ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external custmoers/parnters up to the executive level.ensure regional delivery managers (country and vertical) are monitoring health of projects (msr and egm reviews) on monthly basis ensure each region has < 1 new red project added on quaretrly basis
education and experience required
· first-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
· excellent project management, problem solving, and the ability to execute a project within the scope of overall strategies, and analytical skills.provides highly innovative solutions. create and drive standard regional cadence with ww around these conduct bi-weekly reviews of plans in conjucntion with regional/country/vertical leads. fy11 - trcak the curernt business plan and reivse as required quarterly - at ps level and at the regoins.

education and experience required

· typically 4-6 years of experience supporting global/regional accounts with extensive global/regional coordination.drive synergies & collaboration across eis and es business and operational teams to improve efficiencies, cost and overall bu financial results
forecast predictability - achieve forecast predictability within /- 2% help drive and assist with overall flash process integration between legacy eis and es teams
grow the business: deliver aspire for orders, revenue and margin.
data accuracy - support regional field, ecos and pm/delivery teams to ensure 1) order booking compliance. leads large, multi-function teams, crossdivision functional teams or projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives may participate in cross-division.
· excellent ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
· advanced understanding of core hp businesses and the revenue cycle.
customer satisfaction & tce - support the sales and delivery team to achieve customer satisfaction aspire.
· project management or black belt six sigma certification preferred.procurement or financial

· typically 10 years of related experience.
