· collaborate and negotiate with senior busniess leaders to resolve complex total rewards issues; represent hp to internal and external stakeholders, such as works councils and unions.
· ability to apply management core competencies in working with both internal clients and external partnerships.
· proven project management and process development skills.
· identify areas for program improvement and lead projects and corporate initiatives at the country regional or global level.
· develop relatinoships with total rewards industry professionals and/or organizations in order to maintain current market trends knoweldge for internal use.solutions, result delivery,
· communicate and consult with the most senior-level busniess parnters on total rewards strategy, and compesnation and benfeits guidance.
· typically 2 years supervisory experience.
· ability to manage multiple projects while staying within the scope of the overall strategy.
knowledge and skills:
· strong financial and business acumen
· has demonstrated a drive for results
· proven track record in buildign relationships with business partners and business leadreship
· good knowledge of the leagl and regualtory envirnoment as it reltaes to empolyee compensation and benefits, inclduing emegring legisaltion.and/or human resources, finance,
education and experience:
· first-level university degree or equivalent experience
· typically 6 years related experience in compensation, benefits.
· provide guidance on and design total reward programs up to a high level of complexity.
· ability to understand customer needs and interpret needs into workable programs.problem solving,
· excellent leadership and supervisory skills, including goal-setting, and evaluation, conflict resolution, performance management.total rewards manager for iberia

in this position, your main tasks will be the following - not limited to:
· manage a small team to ensure effective delivery of global, regional & local compensation and benefits programs in a number of geographies or sub-region.
· superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
· excellent communication, and presentation skills, including both written and verbal forms, influence.
· set or provide input during the budgeting process and responsible for adhering to predefined program budgets.
