We develop and sell software product, being leaders in the software market with: NTRsupport / ``InQuiero`` NTRconnect and NTRadmin.
In our Sales support Department, reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager, we are looking for a Junior CRM administrator.
The Main Functions of the position are: Data Management, Helpdesk and User Management of the CRM system.
Key responsibilities:
1. Guarantee CRM performance and maintain in depth knowledge of CRM setup and configuration.
2. Responsible for the management and maintenance of CRM statistical process, ameliorations and customizations/programming in order to enhance sales data transparency.
3. Develop statistical approaches to optimize data awareness according to NTR Global business needs.
4. Maintain and ensure accuracy and consistency of CRM data in accord with NTR Global standards and practices through quality process checks.
5. Implement protocols to support data management and cleansing.
6. Testing and implementation of data collection processes (i.e. web-to-lead, web-to-case);
7. Upload, update, assignment and tracking of data leads.
8. Update and management of reports and dashboards according to business needs.
9. Monitor storage space limitation, periodical backup of data
Requisitos
Estudios mínimos: Licenciado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Requisitos mínimos: - In depth knowledge of CRM tools and operations
- Experience managing data and producing statistics
- Work experience in sales and IT environment
- Advanced understanding of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies)
- English spoken/written at business level
- Helpdesk experience
- Metrics oriented
- Languages – English/Spanish and knowledge of Catalan
- Personal, social and corporate competencies
- Work experience in a multinacional environment
