Habitación individual. Disponible: Enero 10. Zona Carabanchel, 5 minutos del centro: METRO: LAGUNA (LINEA 6 Y CERCANIAS RENFE a 150 metros).
Habitación amueblada: cama, armario,etc. Opción de WIFI INTERNET. Cocina (equipada), baño y Salón a compartir con 2 personas (limpieza una vez a la semana).
Buscamos: Chica o chico, responsable, estudiante o joven profesional que sepa convivir con otras personas. NO drogas, parejas, mascotas. Precio: 200 EUR + gastos (gas, luz, agua, calefacción) + garantía o deposito 200 EUR

Single Room available in shared house, to share with 2 young professional guys (Laguna). – MARCH 2010.
The room is lovely - with bed/wardrobe; suitable for both students and professionals alike. (male or female)
The flat is in Carabanchel area- where there are lots of shops, and is only 2 minutes walk away from the Subway and Train (just 150 metres). Underground Laguna.
The general flat is in good condition- fully furnished, if a bit messy due to flatmates! (we're not obsessive about cleaning but appreciate the tidy way of life).
Kitchen (with gas cooker and oven, 1 fridge-freezer), dining room (free view, TV…) & bathroom are communal. Wireless broadband and central heating are available in the flat.
The 2 guys (males) living there are friendly, easy to get along with and are all young professionals. Our flat is a non-smoking house.
I recommend this flat to anyone, it's a great value for what it is. The rent is 200pppm (excluding bills) and its available MARCH 2010.
The refundable deposit of 1 month's rent is also required.
We're looking for the third & final flatmate. May you be it?
